PROFILE

I work with Agile Coaching and driving adapted local Agile Scaled frameworks across departments. From the technical agile aspects but also with a business mindset that leadership might need. Enabling a framework and teamwork to lean upon and work from, to create full transparency in teams, departments & leadership over the whole organisation.
Transparency that can give understanding of what could be done when, and of there is to much work going on at the same time (WIPs) on a department level.


I work to build a framework with a complete picture founded in agile values and enable the teams to see the big picture in their work. I work to enable transparency over any prioritisation that needs to be done between the teams and get better visuals and real data plans with large Initiatives the company and leadership is driving.

SAFe inspire, Agile at Scale inspire, scrum, kanban, retros, pulse meeting, health checks, team playbooks, SOD, DOD, WIP, and connection to OKRs - also looking at the department backlogs with PMs.


CASE STUDY;

Create simplicity and efficiency: I am a key in helping to building transparency on the work for entire Engineering departments. I work with tools and processes that makes it easier for leaders to support teams and to understand what we are working on and when.
This goes beyond technical expertise. I’ve helped to pave the way to build a solution which works for those most

affected by it. I help, educate and get feedback

from various roles e.g. Managers, Product Managers and tech leads to do so.


Generated enduring impact: The outcome, having a agile visualisation of what to do and when has proved useful in unblocking teams, given clarity around changes in forecasts, and opened up the opportunity to discuss topics otherwise overlooked and possibly missed in the business alignments.
